So Sad :(

Today I watched one of the saddest things I have ever seen....My little dog got caught up in an extension cord and got so tangle up in it, it basically squeeze him to death....He was alive when I found him, covered in blood, but he had it wound so tight I wasnt strong enough to untangle the rope....By the time I got the neighbor and he cut him free, it was just to much and he died...I bawled like a little baby, and I dont even like dogs! Guess I do have a soft spot for them after all...

Cupcakes Anyone?!

Skylar has been asking for days if we could make cupcakes with her "Girl Gourmet" cupcake maker....If I'm telling the truth, the cupcakes really aren't that good, but her and Chase seem to think they are fantastic. I finally caved tonight and let them each make a cupcake. Chase chose a red velvet mix with chocolate frosting and Skylar has a cinnamon sugar mix wth vanilla frosting...I just got to clean up the mess!

Spring has Sprung!

We finally got a nice day, so I told Chase if she wouldn't cry at Primary we could go on a picnic...She has cried everyweek since January, when she moved out of nursury and into Sunbeams...She must have really wanted to go on a picnic, because for the first time there were no tears...

The Children's Museum

Mike and I promised Skylar that if she got a 100% on two spelling tests, we would take her somewhere special...We ended up at Discovery Gateway and had a blast. Carley joined in on the fun, and we had a really good day.
